Hinterthal is one of the best places for beginners to learn and Haus Salzburg is located almost next door to the ski school and the nursery slopes are just 150m from our doorstep. Once you have mastered the nursery slope there is a perfect blue run just over the road to progress to. Down the road from Haus Salzburg is the main lift and from there you can access the red slopes, more blue ones or even try the black runs. At the bottom of the nursery slope is a fantastic rustic bar, serving food and Glühwein whilst you watch your children.

Ski lessons come in various forms from a standard five day beginners course for children and adults, snowboard lessons and private lessons. All instructors speak english. We will take you around and show you some of the best slopes and some beautiful mountain huts/restaurants for coffee and lunch. The tour usually takes 5 hours and is well worth it.
