Haus Salzburg is conveniently located in the centre of Hinterthal, a beautiful village near Maria Alm.

From Salzburg (1 hr):
Leave Salzburg on the B1, then follow signs for the B21 towards Lofer/Zell am See, then take the B178 towards Lofer, then the B311 to Saalfelden. Once in Saalfelden take the left turn on the B164 to Maria Alm. After 4km pass the left turning to Maria Alm and continue on the B164 for another 8km until you see the sign for Hinterthal. Turn left into the village and Haus Salzburg is 300m on the left.

From Munich (2.5hrs):
Take the A92 towards Munich, then the A9 to the A99. Follow the A99 south until you reach the A8, follow the A8 towards Traunstein and at junction 112 take the B306 towards Hammer. This turns into the B305, follow that road until you reach the B178. Turn right onto the B178 towards Lofer, then take the B311 towards Saalfelden. Once in Saalfelden take the left turn on the B164 to Maria Alm. After 4km pass the left turning to Maria Alm and continue on the B164 for another 8km until you see the sign for Hinterthal. Turn left into the village and Haus Salzburg is 300m on the left.
